Contest Terms and Conditions

The following defines the terms and conditions for participating in contest posted on the social media (Facebook & Instagram). You must meet the following criteria to be eligible.

- You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to participate.

- You will be required to present a photo identification card to verify your identity, age and residential address.
- If you are chosen as the winner, you will be required to pick up the prize from 13/240 Victoria Ave, Chatswood NSW 2067, at a day and time nominated by the practice. The prize must be picked up no later than 30 days from the date of winner announcement and will not be delivered for any reason.
- If you are chosen as the winner, you agree to participate in the creation of marketing content (photos/videos) and unconditionally authorise the practice to use this content for the purpose of marketing on both digital and non-digital channels.
- Unless specified in the contest details, the winner will be picked randomly using https://commentpicker.com/.
- The practice reserves the right to update these terms & conditions at any time during the course of the contest without prior notification.
